低碳水化合物飲食是最流行的減重飲食之一,但關(guān)于糖尿病患者能否從低碳水化合物飲食中長期獲益,目前仍無定論。在2021 歐洲糖尿病研究協(xié)會(EASD)年會上,研究者們分享了他們最新的研究成果:6周的低碳水化合物飲食可有效改善肥胖2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的血脂譜。低碳水化合物飲食是適合2型糖尿病患者的飲食嗎?我們整理了相關(guān)的研究,并邀請協(xié)和醫(yī)院的肖新華教授對此做了精彩點(diǎn)評!
低碳水化合物飲食改善肥胖T2DM的血脂譜
研究[1]納入72 例平均體質(zhì)指數(shù)(BMI)為33kg/m2的成人T2DM患者,1:1隨機(jī)分配至低碳水化合物飲食(CRHP,C30E%/P30E%/F40E%)組或傳統(tǒng)糖尿病飲食(CD,C50E%/P17E%/F33E%)組,持續(xù)6周。主要結(jié)局變量為受試者的血脂譜變化,并使用MRI評估肝內(nèi)甘油三酯(IHTG)狀況。
