吃完飯總想躺著,是什么原因?
飯后馬上躺下,會(huì)有哪些危害?
巴雷特(Barrett)食管:胃酸造成的損傷會(huì)導(dǎo)致食管下段的鱗狀上皮細(xì)胞發(fā)生移位,被化生的柱狀上皮所取代,導(dǎo)致巴雷特食管。這個(gè)病與食管癌風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增加有關(guān),但還是比較罕見(jiàn)的。

如何避免“吃完就躺著”帶來(lái)的危害?
避免吃太多容易引起胃酸反流的食物:當(dāng)我們有頻繁胃酸反流的癥狀時(shí),一方面需要及時(shí)就醫(yī),一方面在飲食上也盡量避開(kāi)番茄類(lèi)食物、柑橘、脂肪、油炸食品、辛辣食物、酒精類(lèi)食物、碳酸飲料。
讓吃飯和睡覺(jué)相隔久一點(diǎn):盡量在吃完?yáng)|西后2-3小時(shí)再躺下,最快也要等個(gè)半小時(shí)。當(dāng)然,如果睡前實(shí)在太餓,可以簡(jiǎn)單吃少量健康的食物,比如藍(lán)莓、煮毛豆、堅(jiān)果醬、溫牛奶、低脂酸奶等。
調(diào)整睡姿:由于胃在左側(cè),和平躺、趴著、右側(cè)睡相比,選擇左側(cè)睡姿才能讓食管不向下傾斜,在一定程度上減少胃酸反流的幾率。
