粗糧:
菌類和堅果:菌菇類富含膳食纖維,可以多吃!另外別忽視了堅果這個寶,除了富含優(yōu)質(zhì)的脂肪外,更是有滿滿的膳食纖維,例如杏仁,每100g就有11.8g膳食纖維!
維生素D:維生素D可以調(diào)節(jié)腸上皮穩(wěn)態(tài),通過抗增殖、促分化、促凋亡及免疫調(diào)節(jié)等途徑發(fā)揮其抗腫瘤作用。高水平血清維生素D,可降低結(jié)直腸癌的發(fā)生及改善預(yù)后。此外,食物中的維生素A、維生素C、維生素E、硒等均為結(jié)直腸癌的保護因子。
鈣:可以通過與腸腔中破壞腸上皮細胞的脂肪酸和次級膽汁酸結(jié)合起到抗腫瘤作用。食物中的鈣和補充鈣均可以降低結(jié)直腸癌的發(fā)病風險。
葉酸:葉酸參與嘌呤、嘧啶的合成及DNA甲基化過程,是結(jié)直腸癌的保護因子,攝入高劑量的葉酸可降低結(jié)直腸癌的發(fā)病風險。
