Do you like dessert?
I’m absolutely a huge fan of dessert, especially the Gelato.

Everyone loves Gelato,even my friend, who stayed on a diet, couldn’t resist the gorgeous rainbow of colors, the smooth creamy textures and wonderful variety of flavors.

Are dessert considered healthy?
Certainly that Common desserts that we have are loaded with huge calories as they are prepared using tons of sugar and butter.
我們常吃的甜品因為制作過程中添加了海量糖和黃油,所以卡路里爆炸。
But substitutes like frozen yogurt which can feel as indulgent as an ice cream sundae but with less added sugar, more fiber, and plenty of nutrients are available for us to have guilt-free dessert and still enjoying every bite.
不過像凍酸奶這種神似冰淇淋但更少糖更多纖維和營養(yǎng)的替代品還是可以滿足我們毫無負罪感的享受一口清甜的。
